ReadySetMatch Return Policy
We take pride in ensuring all items are accurately described and meet your expectations. However, if you wish to return an item, please read the following policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly not as described.
• We do not accept returns for:
• Items that no longer fit or are unsuitable for personal preferences.
• Wear and tear consistent with pre-owned condition, as described in product listings.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
2. Timeframe for Returns
• You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• The item must be received by us within 14 days of your return authorisation being issued.
3. Conditions for Return
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags (if applicable) attached.
• Items must not show any additional signs of wear, use, or damage beyond what was disclosed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refund Process
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of return receipt.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exceptions
• Custom or personalised items are non-returnable.
• Returns that do not comply with this policy will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
