ReadySetMatch Shipping Policy

At ReadySetMatch, we strive to deliver your pre-loved outfit sets to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• During busy periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Options and Costs

• Standard UK Delivery:

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days.

• Cost: calculated at checkout

• Express UK Delivery:

• Delivery time: 1–2 business days.

• Cost: calculated at checkout

• International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Partners

• We partner with reliable carriers, including DPD, Evri or another trusted courier. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Free Shipping

• We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £75.

5. Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is delayed, please wait 7 business days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us.

• For lost packages, we will investigate with the carrier and provide assistance to locate your item.

• Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the carrier confirms the package is lost.

7. Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide photos of the packaging and damaged item(s) for a resolution.

8. Eco-Friendly Packaging

• At ReadySetMatch, we are committed to sustainability. Your items will be shipped using eco-friendly or recycled materials whenever possible.

9. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the UK only.

• Some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

10. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey.
